The home’s thoughtful layout includes 2 King Master Suites, 1 Queen Master Suite, and 2 Queen Bedrooms, with built-in cushioned benches offering additional sleeping space. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and personal safes for your peace of mind.
For added security and convenience, a full-time property manager resides on-site, offering a private entrance.

HOME SECURITY INSURANCE
We require the renter to purchase a $79 Non-refundable rental insurance policy that is purchased seperately through homeaway. This policy is purchased at the time balance is due.
We ask for 50% at the time of reservation and the balance 30 days prior to arrival date.
If you are a U.S. citizen we also except payment through Venmo. Renter pays required service fees with payments.
From the airport, I recommend taking the taxi with Theresa because not all taxis want to go up the hill and the Uber map are not updated.
Abel was responsive and helped us with our questions. It was a great place for us!
This house cannot be rented without also renting a golf cart or car. The hill mentioned is actually a steep mountain. 2 of our group are daily runners and still needed a golf cart. Golf carts that can actually climb the mountain are $94/day and only carry 3 people when going up or down, so plan to spend additional money for this!
We loved Northside Cafe for smoothies and coffee and Bicho’s tacos were divine!
Abel was always quick to respond as well!overall, we would highly recommend this house!
