Description
Aqua Reef Sayulita Condos is a brand-new apartment building on the sought-after North side of town. It consists of three private apartments that can sleep up to six people per unit. The three units share access to a large pool and rooftop jacuzzi to enjoy breathtaking mountain and ocean views. There is private parking available for up to three cars (1 per Condo).
Aqua Reef sits in a wonderful location, just three blocks from the beach and a 7 minute walk to the town center. This area of Sayulita is known to be quiet and tranquil.
The bottom unit has a ramp that comes from the parking area to the apartment for ease of access. All units are fully furnished and come equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, cooking utensils and A/C. Cleaning can be arranged as requested.

Cool, clean and beautiful
This place was amazing. Starting off with the reverse osmosis water system that makes it convenient to use the water throughout the entire house. That was definitely a plus.
Three beautiful bedrooms. One with a queen bed with ensuite bathroom that connects to another room with two twin beds. Another room with a queen bed. All of the rooms were very spacious and surrounded by windows. Amazing storage and closets.
The main living area has a wonderful couch and two different deck areas. We stayed on the first floor and we walked right out to the pool. The kitchen is packed with everything you could need if you want to cook inside. There is a grill up on the roof if you want to grill. They have everything that you need including a nice dining room table that seats six and enough plates and cups and silverware for everyone.
A little closet out by the pool has a boogie board some chairs and umbrellas. There are also about nine beach towels that you can take to the beach with you or sit around the pool with.
There's a lovely family that stays downstairs that takes care of whatever you might need. Including doing your laundry for $.
The floors are clean and tiled and the showers are amazing with high pressure and come with shampoo and body wash. Extra towels and washcloths in each bathroom.
This place is so inviting to come into in the evening after a great day at the beach. There is a large television in the living room which you can hook your phone to or if you have Amazon prime you can log on to your prime account to watch movies at night.
Very close to the main Sayulita Beach. Also just about 15 minute walk to playa de La muertos and maybe 25 minutes to Carcinitos Beach (But it's a bit of a hike)
It is a bit up a hill so I would suggest getting a golf cart at one of the places in town that rents them or there is a place to park your car if need be.
There's a little market just down the street If you need some snacks or anything like you would get at a small convenience store.
You are within walking distance to all the little markets that sell such amazing things. And everyone was friendly and beautiful. We walked every evening to restaurants and saw music live.
But at night it was very quiet. Far enough from the main streets but close enough to walk. The rooster down the road like to remind us that we were still in Mexico. :)

Everything you need
Great place walking distance to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, the view is beautiful, very clean and overall a super pleasant place to enjoy our time.
A plus for us was the beach chairs and umbrella shade that are available for use.

Perfect for a Family Vacation
This was a great spot for our family of five. It was just close enough to town to be easy and convenient for walking to restaurants but it was also quiet and private and allowed for retreat from the hustle and bustle of town. The pool was clean and refreshing and the rooftop has an amazing view. The beach is just a short walk down the hill. The space is well appointed, simple, and easy to use. Patsy is very responsive and the manager is friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience in Sayulita and I would highly recommend this stay as an affordable option for a family looking for both a cultural experience and a family vacation.

Perfect Distance From Town
Lovely family vacation at Aqua Reef, condo is bigger than shown in photos and perfect location that’s easily walkable but away from the noise of downtown. Also ocean view from the condo and rooftop, and 5min walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Treat yourself and stay here!
We loved staying at the Aqua Reef condos in Sayulita. Great location and perfect walking distance to town, on a quiet road. The rooftop pool has great views of the ocean. Patsy was very accommodating of an early check-in and very responsive throughout our stay.

Way bigger than expected!
The place is brand new and way bigger than the photos show! There was a bit of construction next door during the day but it didn’t bother our group. Ernesto, the host on site, was very responsive and helpful. The pool was bigger than it looked in the images and got sunlight for most of the day. Overall, would stay again!
