I highly recommend visiting Cachasol whether you live in the area or are on vacation - it is an AMAZING experience! The grounds are breathtaking, the owners are so friendly and informative and the libations are flowing. I love that there is a kid friendly park area for the kids to play while the parents discover the distillery. Can't wait to come back!

GO!

The best guacamole ever. Stunning view of monkey mountain and excellent vibes a few miles south of Sayulita. Rustic chic and excellent food. We had guacamole, ceviche , shrimp soup and quesadillas with squash blossoms. GO!

Incredible place!

Very pleasant atmosphere, perfect to visit with family or friends. I recommend the sunset!… the food is good, and the raicilla that is processed there is very good. It is not a place to eat or drink, it is to live the experience of food and drinks!

The Cachasol Agave Experience!

I really can’t imagine a better tequila tasting tour, between exploring the beautiful property, walking in the agave while sipping a margarita ,learning how raicilla the agave spirit unique to this area is made and sitting down to be served the freshest most authentic food ,the whole experience felt like so much more than that. It’s as if all good things from tequila, mezcal , raicilla, sustainable farming, organic gardening, authentic cuisine, farm to table dining and tasteful design have been brought together to create something extraordinary. Not only is the tequila very very good , you get a refreshingly transparent overview and education on the agave industry and tequila making process which i thought explained clearly why Cachasol tequila tastes so good. We were super impressed and the kids had a great time. You will not find any other thing like this in the area , or anywhere for that matter

Can't recommend this enough!

Such an awesome experience! Our whole family had a blast on the tequila tour at Cachasol. It was super fun and we learned a lot about how they make their amazing artisanal Raicilla right on site. The tasting was a highlight, and you can really tell how much love and care goes into the process. My favorite was the Epic Strength Tequila. The food they served with the tasting was amazing, some of the best tacos I have ever had. Definitely a must-do if you're in the area, highly recommended!

AMAZING!

We had such an amazing time here. Learned so much about the process of making raicilla. The kids enjoyed all of it as well. Absolutely beautiful space . The food and drinks were incredible. It's the perfect activity when visiting town or for a group trip or wedding.

Magical experience!

Amazing and magical. This is a blend of the Valle d Guadeloupe experience with the Tequila experience.
I know a lot about distilled products but learned more about raicilla. Their tequila is quite tasty as well.
The food was unexpectedly good. I mean really good.
James is a man with a clear vision. This is going to grow into an even more amazing tour.
