Casa Mirlo is the most comfortable and beautiful beach front home in Sayulita! Casa Mirlo is a recently renovated, 3 bedroom gorgeous home located on the beach just a 5 minute walk from Sayulita's main beach and town. Located in the beautiful Las Gemelas beachfront complex on the quiet north side of Sayulita. The house has an outdoor patio and a lovely indoor patio closed from the elements if one wishes, but always open to the sun and surf - the perfect place to relax, protected from the sun and still catching all the action. The house has three bedrooms, one king and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds that may be combined for one king. We offer A/C in all the bedrooms.
Casa Mirlo has a maid service 6 days per week. Gema does a wonderful job, and will cook for guests for an additional charge - well worth it, as her food is wonderful!
Casa Mirlo is perfectly located on the Las Gemelas property right next to the pool and steps from the beach, so that you are able to catch all the beach and pool action without leaving the comfort of your own patio. This house has a Palapa roof over the "lounge" area with very comfortable chairs so that you can enjoy everything that's going on but stay out of the sun and cooled by the ocean breeze. The house has glass doors and windows so that it's bright inside whether the doors are open or closed.
The living room is very comfortable and there is also a dining area that makes you feel you are outside with the large shuttered windows on two sides. There is WiFi in the house, so you can stay connected if you choose. You will love the huge shared swimming pool with child friendly area between all the homes with room for all. We have return renters year after year, and hope that you can join that list of happy visitors to Sayulita and Casa Mirlo.

Deposits and refunds
Casa Mirlo requests a $450us damage deposit refundable after check out. All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival. If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to refund your deposit. If, however, we cannot re-rent the house, we will not refund the deposit.
No pets - SORRY!
Cancellation Policy: Full amount paid minus US$400 per house per rental week fee if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to beginning of stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus US$400 per rental week for each house rented.
Covid related Cancellation: Full amount refunded or change of dates if airlines or government restrict traveling.
Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated, yet it still had that laid-back, dreamy Sayulita charm. From morning coffee on the terrace to hours in the pool, it was more than we could have imagined.
If you’re lucky enough to stay here, soak it all in. Casa Mirlo is magic. I will be coming back as soon as possible!

The property itself is also amazing. It's right on the beach with stunning views from the home. Every morning our kids would wake up and go out on the beach. They also loved the pool. The daily cleaning was a plus. Felt completely safe the entire time. Plenty of space for our family of 7.
