Guests will learn about the craftsmanship behind each cigar—one cigar is touched by over 200 pairs of skilled hands, from seed to box—and enjoy perfectly matched spirits and a thoughtfully curated tapas menu.

Favorite Spot in Sayulita!
By far one of my favorite spots in Sayulita!!! My husband and I were looking for a lounge that offered some cigars and we sure found it! Bar Sanctum and Cigar Sanctum offer such a unique and classy setting. We got to know the owners, John and his wife, and the rest of the staff. We loved it so much that we went spent 2 evenings there back to back on our trip lol
Cocktails are literally one of the best and the food was delicious. I got to smoke my first Cuban cigar which was phenomenal. They even have live music from Jazz to Moroccan!
We truly can't wait to come back to this gem. Don't even think twice, just go and check this place out! I guarantee you won't regret it.

One of the best in the world!
After traveling the world through hundreds of cities and towns of all sizes, I’ve found only a select few bars and restaurants so incredible and well put together that they leave an indelible mark on my memory. Bar Sanctum is one of those places. From the first time I walked through their doors into a calming, elegant, air-conditioned space, I was welcomed with open arms and an amazing selection of tapas and other dishes. Their extensive wine list is exceptionally well-rounded and they offer something special for anyone who appreciates great cocktails.
Owner John and his wife have masterfully curated a unique, hard-to-find collection of Cuban cigars, liquors and beers in a superbly thoughtful setting. Maestro John possesses a treasure trove of knowledge about cigars and their place in Cuban culture. You would be hard-pressed to find a more welcoming, knowledgeable or friendly group than the staff at Bar Sanctum.

Such a great vibe! A perfect blend of elegant atmosphere, rich flavours and great service. The wine selection was 🔥 we tried a few by the glass and every one was spot on.
Everyone around us seemed to be having a great time too! Lots of good energy without being too loud.
