Sayulita Life’s Featured Business: Osoley; Turning Air into Water
💧 From Air to Water: Meet Osoley, Sayulita’s Eco Innovation
Turning humidity into hydration – one drop at a time.
Sayulita is a hub for innovators who care deeply about nature—and Amandine, founder of Osoley, is one of them. Her vision? Use cutting-edge atmospheric water generators to create clean drinking water from the air, helping our town ditch plastic bottles and embrace true sustainability.
🌿 What brought you to Sayulita?
I’m originally from France and spent the last two years living in Tahiti, where I started a sustainability-focused business. Sayulita has always felt like home—my parents have lived here for eight years, and I wanted to be part of this eco-minded community.
💡 How did you discover this technology?
In Tahiti, I found out about atmospheric water generators—devices that literally turn air into water. It was a perfect solution for island life, and I immediately thought of Sayulita as a place where this could truly make a difference.
🚀 What’s something surprising about your journey?
I started this without an engineering background—just a huge passion for sustainability and a desire to protect coastal environments.
🔍 What makes Osoley unique?
We’re introducing a technology that’s still very new to the region—creating plastic-free water from the air. It’s clean, quiet, and self-sufficient. Sayulita’s values align beautifully with this idea.
🎯 What product means the most to you?
The compact home generator. It empowers families to produce their own water supply—free of bottles, deliveries, or waste.
🏡 What does Sayulita mean to you?
It’s a privilege to be here. Sayulita is magical—its mix of community and nature creates a rhythm I’ve never found anywhere else.
💪 How do you give back?
By reducing the need for single-use plastics and raising awareness about water independence. We want to offer practical tools that help Sayulita become more self-reliant and resilient.
🌅 Favorite way to start the day?
Yoga at sunrise, then a terrace coffee while the village slowly wakes up.
🌊 What captures Sayulita to you?
The sound of the waves and the scent of warm sand after a rain. It’s peaceful, grounding, and full of possibility.
📈 What’s next for Osoley?
We’re looking to grow—more homes, more partnerships, more awareness. And soon, we’ll offer live demos so locals and visitors can see the machines in action.
🙌 How can people support you?
Visit our demo, share the idea, and most importantly—skip the plastic. Every bottle avoided helps!
