Our standard nightly rates are quoted in USD. These rates do not include 16% Mexican Value Added Tax (VAT) . Discretionary tips are not included. If you have questions or if your needs fall outside of the options available, please contact us directly. Rates are subject to change until reservation is paid. Reservation is not confirmed until system accepts payment and confirms dates. See our rental agreement for cancellation and reservation change policies and terms and conditions.
Low Season (June – October), 4 night minimum stay, $550/night. 10% discount on 9 nights or more.
High Season (November – May), 4 night minimum stay, $695/night. 10% discount on 9 nights or more.
Holiday Season (Thanksgiving, Easter & Spring Break), 7 night minimum stay, $925/night.
Peak Season (Christmas & New Years), 7 night minimum stay, $1125/night.
Please be advised that we get booked very fast, particularly during for the peak and high seasons, sometimes up to and beyond a year in advance.
Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking, please see below for details.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Early check will not be refunded. We enourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
The rooftop deck has views of the city and ocean. We didn’t even use the pool table or the bar, we simply sat up there and just took in the beauty of the city.
Mayte does it all! She had breakfast on the table every morning for us, made whatever we requested the night before. She even did the breakfast dishes! She had fresh sheets and towels whenever we requested them. Our house was swept and sanitized daily.
Julio, the grounds manager, was just as amazing. He was reachable via WhatsApp which worked slick. He maintained the pool, the grounds, made sure the water tanks were full. I could literally text him and ask what his favorite color was, and he’d stop by just to say “blue”. Okay, not really, but that man was the nicest and most attentive caretaker ever.
I can’t recommend this house enough. It’s got everything you need and more and it’s simply beautiful!
