Our standard nightly rates are quoted in USD. These rates do not include 16% VAT. Discretionary tips are not included. If you have questions or if your needs fall outside of the options available, please contact us directly. Rates are subject to change until reservation is paid. Reservation is not confirmed until system accepts payment and confirms dates. See our rental agreement for cancellation and reservation change policies and terms and conditions.

Low Season (June – October), 4 night minimum stay, $550/night. 10% discount on 9 nights or more.
High Season (November – May), 4 night minimum stay, $695/night. 10% discount on 9 nights or more.
Holiday Season (Thanksgiving, Easter & Spring Break), 7 night minimum stay, $925/night.
Peak Season (Christmas & New Years), 7 night minimum stay, $1125/night.

Please be advised that we get booked very fast, particularly during for the peak and high seasons, sometimes up to and beyond a year in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking, please see below for details.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Early check will not be refunded. We enourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.

Great home!

The home was beautiful. The location was ridiculously convenient. The amenities were lovely. Ohh and the breakfast prepared by Rosa was phenomenal. I would definitely stay again.

This place is truly amazing! Great owners, staff and friendly service. Superb location to ocean and all that is Sayulita!

Casa Carino is a very relaxing, quaint and ideal property for a vacation home. The fact that it operates "like a hotel" with breakfast served for you, clean water and towels provided and maid service daily if you desire; makes Casa Carino even more desirable. I recently spent a week in Casa Carino and felt like I was in paradise. The beach amenities provided, games, private pool and grill provide hours of entertainment for all. The location of this property makes it easy and convenient to spend lots of time near the ocean or in the layed back town of Sayulita for any amount of time. The owners, managers, cooks and maids took excellent care of us while we were there. I will definitely visit this home and town again.

LUXURY IN PARADISE!

We stayed a week at Casa Cariño in February with 4 couples. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The photos do not do it justice. It is impeccably maintained, and the staff was super responsive to any requests. The breakfast each morning was amazing. We also felt very safe as it is tucked away behind two gates in a private neighborhood. Getting to town was super easy down this private and beautiful landscaped path.
We found ourselves lounging in the pool and playing mini golf or bean bags on the main level daily. There are stunning ocean views from the second floor which was perfect for sunning and reading a book. One of the ladies in our group had a yoga mat and did her yoga on the second-floor balcony. I can tell you that the rooftop terrace with the pool table is where we spent many late nights! We could play music, make drinks on the bar (and the property manager had it stocked with all our drinks when we arrived!!!). I even caught an early sunrise on the rooftop which was breathtaking.
We walked to the main beach a couple of times and brought along the umbrella and beach chairs which were super easy to carry. There was also a small soft sided cooler we back snacks and drinks in.
We ate out for most of our dinners but a few times we cooked lunch and grilled dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. I thought the Mexican art throughout the house was amazing.
We had plenty of hot water and the pool was perfectly warm! There were a few of us that had to work so when we had to do conference calls or meetings, we had ZERO issues with the WI-FI. In fact, we had music going on the main level, rooftop and tv’s streaming Netflix shows at the same time with no interruption.
We had a golf cart but didn’t need to use it much as we walked everywhere. The property manager, Frank, was very responsive even arranging our airport transfers, golf outing, and our grocery order which was delivered and stocked prior to our arrival! Well worth the $$$!!!!

We were worried about Covid-19 and traveling. We purchased Allianz travel insurance (highly recommend) to cover in case any unexpected changes occurred. We had absolutely no issues and no one in our group got sick whatsoever!! I can say I saw very few masks in town and most restaurants don’t require a temperature check any longer. Many restaurants and bars do have staff wearing masks. Bottom line – wear a mask to your comfort level. I also noticed hand sanitizer at most store and restaurant entry doors. I can say though we dined outside almost every time.
We already planned our trip back next year and hope for this to be our new place for our couple’s annual trip!!!! We are beyond grateful for all the staff that made our stay magical. See you next year!

Daily Breakfast and Housekeeping was delightful as well as thoughtful touches through out every guest room and entertainment around the pool like the putting green, bean bag games or beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc. Owner book of restaurant and activity recommendations in town were also 5 star.

Close to town and beach!

We had an amazing time with friends at Casa Carino. We would have fun anywhere with our friends but this house was amazing. It is so close to everything and it provides so much that you do not have to leave.

Clean, breakfasts, and they even provided a preorder for groceries! Manager was very responsive to any questions we had-

Family Memories that will last forever!

Thank you for the wonderful experience with our 4 adult kids and spouses. The place was awesome and so close to the beach and town. The Mexican breakfasts that were cooked for us every morning were to die for. It was so clean too! The pool, putting green and outdoor 4th level pool table were so fun. We went whale watching and saw many whales with their babies! The family has not laughed so hard since Covid began 2 years ago! We had a ball! Thanks so much!

Amazing location, great staff

Great proximity to town and beach on a safe and beautiful street. Home is set up nicely for sleeping, with very comfortable beds. However, the outdoor spaces lack furniture to allow for group to hang out. Each deck area could seat 2-4 max. Indoors the family room space is well decorated, just smaller in space. This home is great for a group of people or family that primarily wants to explore and be outside of the home each day. That worked for us as we are a high adventure group and did not spend any day in the home during our week.

Honeymoon Bliss

We spoiled ourselves at Casa Carino for a 7 night honeymoon and it exceeded all expectations! The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The first thing my wife said was “the pictures don’t do it justice”. The feel of the home is impossible to capture in a photo. The owners have done an impeccable job of creating a relaxing and fun environment. There is ample room for families or several couples to enjoy a relaxing vacation and have plenty of privacy.

We had a golf cart for the week which was another luxury. Everything is within walking distance and the food in Sayulita is fantastic. Also, be sure to get the black suburban airport transfer - there will likely be cold beers in a cooler to get you moving in the right direction.

Don’t think twice about this vacation rental. Book it if checks your boxes!
