Casa Tecolote is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath vacation rental with a solar heated salt water pool. Tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end street, but just a 5 minute walk to the beach or town center.
There are two well equipped kitchens (one indoor, downstairs, and one outdoor, upstairs) with polished concrete countertops, and everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. The water for the entire property is filtered and alkalized.
Four bedrooms have King size beds, 3 with ensuite bathroom. And one bedroom has a full-size double bed. Casa Tecolote accommodates a maximum of 14 guests.
The outdoor space has a lovely covered terrace, grassy lawn, sun loungers and the sparkling, solar heated, salt water pool. And there is a second outdoor terrace on the upper level.
This house consists of two parts, the 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with poolside terrace on the main level, and then upstairs are two separate suites with an outdoor palapa-covered kitchen, and a large covered outdoor living room.

You can also rent just the 2 bedroom Casa Tecolote Upper, or the 3 bedroom Casa Tecolote Lower, if you require less space. We will never rent both units separately, so the property will always be private just for you.

It is located about 5 Min walk to the Beach.
It has great view into the Sea.
Villa is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and large enough. There is also a small kitchen on upper floor.
The swimming Pool is also great.
We had a great stay and recommend this Villa.
